Overview

The Analytics page gives you a unified view of how your GTM motion is performing. It pulls data from your tracked Digital Experiences, campaigns, and integrations into a single dashboard — no spreadsheet assembly required. Go to Analytics in the main navigation to access it.

KPI Summary

Four headline metrics appear at the top, each with a trend indicator showing change vs. the previous period:

Charts & Breakdowns

Traffic Growth — An area chart showing visitors and page views over time. Use this to spot momentum shifts and the impact of campaign launches. Journey Funnel — Visualizes how visitors progress through your buyer journey stages from Awareness to Retention, with drop-off percentages at each step. This is your primary tool for identifying where the funnel is leaking. Traffic Sources — Where your visitors are coming from — organic search, paid, direct, referral, social, and email. Top Countries — Geographic distribution of your audience. Device Breakdown — Desktop vs. mobile vs. tablet split. Top Performing Pages — Which pages drive the most traffic and engagement. Campaign Performance — ROI and conversion effectiveness across active campaigns.

Time Period & Filters

Use the controls at the top of the page to adjust the view:
  • Date range — Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Quarter-to-Date, Year-to-Date
  • Experience filter — View all Digital Experiences together, or isolate a specific property

AI Recommendations

Below the charts, GTM Suite surfaces up to four AI-powered recommendations based on your current data:
  • Improvement — Optimizations that would lift a specific metric
  • Warning — Signals that indicate a problem developing
  • Opportunity — Untapped potential based on your traffic or funnel patterns
Each recommendation shows a priority level (High, Medium, or Low) and an estimated impact. Click View Details to see the full context and suggested action.

Reports

The Reports tab lets you schedule and export structured reports for your team or leadership:

For each report you can:
  • Set a delivery schedule — Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Manual
  • Select which Digital Experiences to include
  • Add email recipients
  • Include or exclude AI recommendations
  • Trigger a manual run immediately
  • Download the last generated report

Exporting Data

Click Export at the top of the dashboard to download the current view:
  • PDF — Formatted for sharing in meetings or email
  • CSV — Raw data for Excel or data tools
Exports include: Overview metrics, Traffic, Funnel, Top Pages, and Campaign data.
