Overview

The Campaign Detail page gives you a full picture of a single campaign — its performance metrics, the channels active at each stage of the buyer journey, and how leads are progressing from awareness through to conversion. Open any campaign from Brand Marketing → Campaigns to access its detail page.

Campaign Header

The top of the page shows:
  • Campaign name and description
  • Status badge — Draft, Active, Paused, Completed, or Archived
  • Last updated timestamp
  • Actions — Edit campaign details, archive, or delete
To change a campaign’s status (e.g., activate a draft or pause a running campaign), use the status controls in the header.

KPI Metrics

Four key metrics are tracked at the campaign level:
MetricDescription
Campaign ReachTotal impressions across all channels
Avg. Conversion RateBlended conversion rate across channels
Avg. Time to ConvertFrom first touch to completed conversion
New CustomersTotal customers acquired through this campaign

Actual vs Target

Use the toggle to switch between:
  • Actual — Real measured data pulled from connected integrations
  • Target — The goal values you set when planning the campaign
Comparing actual against target at a glance tells you whether the campaign is on track without digging into individual channel reports.

AIDA Funnel

The main section of the campaign detail page is an AIDA funnel — a visual representation of your campaign’s channels organized by buyer journey stage.
StageColorPurpose
AwarenessBlueGetting your message in front of the right audience

DesirePurpleCreating intent and urgency

Each stage card shows the channels assigned to it and a summary of that stage’s performance.

Channels

Channels are the individual marketing tactics running within a campaign, assigned to a specific buyer journey stage.

Adding a Channel

  1. Click Add Channel on any stage card
  2. Select the channel type (Email, Social Media, Ad Platform, etc.)
  3. Optionally link the channel to a connected integration (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Ads)
  4. Save the channel
Supported channel types: Email · SMS · Ad Platform · Social Media · Webinar · Web Page · Podcast · Direct Mail · Referral · Organic · Offline · Other

Channel Status

Each channel shows a status badge:

ActiveChannel is running and tracking metrics
PausedTemporarily stopped

Integration Sync

Channels linked to third-party integrations (e.g., a Google Ads campaign or Mailchimp sequence) show a sync status:
Sync StatusMeaning
SyncedMetrics are up to date from the integration
PendingSync in progress
ErrorSync failed — check the integration connection

Stage Detail Panel

Click any funnel stage to expand its detail panel, which shows:
  • A list of all channels in that stage with their type, status, and title
  • Conversion rate for that stage (percentage of visitors who progressed to the next stage)
  • Next stage volume — how many leads moved forward
  • Edit and View actions per channel
  • View Source Attribution — breaks down which traffic sources drove activity at this stage

Source Attribution

Click View Source Attribution on any stage to see which sources (organic search, paid ads, email, direct, referral, etc.) drove visitors into that part of the funnel. This helps identify which channels are pulling their weight and where budget or attention should be shifted.

Editing a Campaign

To update campaign details — name, description, dates, budget, or associated ICP — click Edit in the campaign header. Changes save immediately. To update a channel’s configuration or linked integration, click Edit on the channel row within the stage detail panel.

Archiving and Deleting

  • Archive — Removes the campaign from the active list but preserves all data. Archived campaigns can be filtered in the campaign list. Use this for completed campaigns you want to keep for reference.
  • Delete — Permanently removes the campaign and all associated channel data. This cannot be undone.
Deleting a campaign removes all channel metrics and performance history. Archive instead if you may need the data later.
