Keyword Research

Go to SEO → Keyword Research to discover what your ideal customers are searching for. Enter a seed keyword, select your target country, and click Analyze Keyword. GTM Suite pulls live data from Google and Bing and returns: Primary metrics:
MetricDescription
Search VolumeAverage monthly searches
CPCCost per click in USD
CompetitionLow / Medium / High competitive density
Search Trend Chart — Area chart showing monthly search volume over the past 12 months with a trend percentage indicator. Related Keywords table — Sortable list of related terms with volume, CPC, and competition. Save any keyword to your library with a single click, or export all results as CSV. SERP Analysis table — The current top-ranking pages for the keyword, including domain, title, and a direct link to each result.

Saving & Classifying Keywords

Saved keywords are tagged with a search intent type:
IntentMeaning
CommercialResearching products/services before buying
TransactionalReady to take action or purchase
InformationalLooking for answers or education
ConsiderationComparing options
Keywords can also be linked to an ICP Profile to keep your keyword strategy aligned with your buyer personas.

Saved Keywords

Go to SEO → Saved Keywords to manage your keyword library across the workspace. The table shows all saved keywords with volume, CPC, competition, intent type, and saved date. You can:
  • Search by keyword name
  • Filter by intent type or ICP profile
  • Sort by any column
  • Update intent for any keyword inline
  • Bulk delete with multi-select

Copy Optimizer

Go to SEO → Copy Optimizer to rewrite and improve content for search engine performance.

How It Works

  1. Select a content type — Page SEO, Email, Ad Copy, or Social Media
  2. Add your target keywords
  3. Optionally attach an ICP Profile for persona-specific variants
  4. Choose a content source:
    • Manual Entry — Paste content directly into the editor
    • URL — Provide a webpage URL to analyze
    • Document Upload — Upload a file (coming soon!)
  5. Click Optimize Copy
The copy optimizer request runs in the background but is typically completed quickly. A progress bar tracks the AI analysis in real time via WebSocket. When complete, results include:
  • Optimized meta title with character count
  • Optimized meta description with character count
  • Rewritten content in a rich text editor (editable and copyable)
  • Persona-specific variants — If an ICP is attached, separate content versions are generated for each persona
Attaching an ICP profile generates content variants tuned to different buyer personas — useful for landing pages targeting multiple audience segments.

SEO Audits

Go to SEO → Audits to run a full technical SEO crawl on any of your Digital Experiences.

Running an Audit

  1. Select the Digital Experience (website) to audit
  2. Click Run Audit
  3. Monitor progress in real time — the audit runs asynchronously and updates via WebSocket

Audit Results

Each completed audit shows an overall SEO score (0–100) and categorizes all discovered issues:

Click any audit to open the full detail report, which lists every issue in an expandable accordion with:
  • Issue title and description

Go to SEO → Directories & Backlinks to build domain authority through targeted directory submissions.

How It Works

GTM Suite analyzes your business profile — pulled from your workspace, ICP, and brand kit — and surfaces a ranked list of directories matched to your industry, region, and content type. Each directory gets a match score (0–100).

Stats Dashboard

The top of the page shows a live summary:
StatDescription
To ContactDirectories not yet approached
PendingSubmissions awaiting approval
ApprovedLive backlinks
Avg RelevanceAverage match score across your pipeline
Estimated DA BoostProjected domain authority increase
Success RatePercentage of submissions approved

Submitting to a Directory

  1. Browse Recommended For You (match score ≥ 80) or search All Directories
  2. Click View Requirements to see what the directory needs
  3. Click Generate Outreach Message — AI writes a personalized email subject and body based on your business profile and the directory’s focus
  4. Review and edit the message, then click Send Message to record a pending submission
  5. When approved, click Approve and enter the live backlink URL

Managing Submissions

The Submissions tab tracks every directory you’ve approached:
StatusMeaning
DraftOutreach message saved but not sent
PendingSubmitted, awaiting directory response
ApprovedAccepted — backlink is live
RejectedNot accepted
The Backlinks tab lists all live approved backlinks with domain authority, anchor text, first seen date, and current health status (Live, Broken, or Pending). Click Refresh Backlink Status to re-check all links.

Adding Custom Directories

If a directory isn’t in the GTM Suite database, click Add Custom Directory to create a workspace-specific entry with your own domain authority, category, contact info, and submission requirements.

SEO Overview Dashboard

The SEO → Overview page is your starting point. It surfaces Top Recommendations pulled from your most recent audit — high and medium impact issues with a direct Fix Issue link. If no audit has been run yet, an empty state prompts you to run your first one.
