Enabling a Report
Each report card has its own settings. To enable one:
- Find the report in the Reports tab
- Select a delivery schedule — Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Manual
- Choose which Digital Experiences to include (or select all)
- Add one or more email recipients
- Toggle Include AI Recommendations on or off
- Click Enable Report
Once enabled, the report will generate automatically on your chosen schedule and be sent to all listed recipients.
Start with Executive Summary on a weekly cadence for leadership visibility, and GTM Recommendations for your marketing team to action each week.
Running a Report Manually
Click Run Now on any report to generate it immediately, regardless of the schedule. Useful before a meeting or when you want a fresh snapshot after a campaign launch.
Downloading Reports
Click View Report or Download on any report card to access the last generated version.

- CSV — Raw data for further analysis in Excel or BI tools
Disabling a Report
To stop a scheduled report, open its settings and set the schedule to Manual, or remove all recipients. The report history is preserved and can be re-enabled at any time.
